Henry C. Tharpe, Jr. was born in Dublin, Georgia. Mr. Tharpe graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a B.S.I.M. in 1971 and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia in 1974. Henry was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1974. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and has served as a member of the Board of Governors of the State Bar of Georgia since 1997. Mrs. Bisson graduated from Wake Forest University with a B.A., magna cum laude, in 1973, and received her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia in 1976. Susan was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1976. Mrs. Bisson is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor society, the State Bar of Georgia and the Conasauga Circuit Bar Association. Susan served on the State of Georgia Board of Children and Youth Services from 1992 to 1996 and as a member of the State Bar of Georgia Disciplinary Board Investigative Panel from 1996 through 1999. Mrs. Bisson has served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Georgia for more than twenty years. Susan's civic activities include service on the boards of Whitfield Healthcare Foundation, HLTC, Inc., Royal Oak Community, Ltd., and Dalton Cotillion, Inc. Susan W. J. Tracy Ward was born in Dalton, Georgia. Mr. Ward graduated from Mercer University with a B.A. in 1979 and a Juris Doctor degree in 1982. Tracy was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 1982, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Ward is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and served on the Board of Governors from 1993 through 1997.
